3 Types of Books to Read as an Adult
[Even if You are not a Reader]
Reading is one of the best ways of self-improvement. You may not consider yourself a reader like your friends or family, but reading can still benefit you in significant ways that can positively affect your life. Reading books can train your focus, increase your comprehension, support your creativity and imagination, as well as increase your understanding.
If you don’t consider yourself to be a reader, I challenge you to ask yourself, “why is that?”. You could come up with multiple different answers, but I think most excuses come down to the person + book combinations. Not all books are for everyone, but I believe once you find the type of book you are interested in, you will become a reader.
