Soup has a long history, most of which is good for our bodies. Soup is comfort food, and it can make you feel warm inside. In fact, most people like to drink soup when they get sick. I am sure you know many soup recipes and make or buy them sometimes. Personally, I’m not too fond of canned or packaged soup. I prefer to make it myself, homemade.

Data shows, “Regardless of age, gender or region, soup is something everyone can agree on. In fact, nearly 95% of people say they love or like soup” (Businesswire).

Making a healthy and tasty soup is a process. How you make the broth and what ingredients you put in the soup will determine the taste of the soup and its nutrition. Most soups can be made from bone-based, meat-based, and vegetable-based broth. They all can provide vitamins, minerals, and nutrients to your body. Vegetables also can provide fiber and plant compounds.

Recently, I joined a culture night cooking competition, and the theme was soup. I want to show you the process of how to cook homemade chicken noodle soup that is healthy and very tasty.
